Jefferson Braswell was born in Huntsville, Alabama, in 1963. He attended the University of Florida, receiving his B.A. in 1983 and his J.D. in 1988. He then received his M.S.L. with honors from Vermont Law School in 1992. Mr. Braswell is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association. His practice areas include environmental law, governmental law, administrative law, construction litigation and business litigation. |
