Jesse Caedington was born in Houston,
Texas, in 1976. He received his undergraduate degree in Advertising
from the University of Florida in 1999, after which he worked in
film, television, and music. Mr. Caedington received his Juris Doctorate
from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law in 2008.
Mr. Caedington is admitted to practice law in the
state courts of the State of Florida, and in the federal court of
the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Appellate Practice Section
of the Florida Bar, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar,
the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar, and the Eighth Judicial
Circuit Bar Association.
Mr. Caedington’s areas of practice include
appeals and appellate practice, civil litigation, commercial law, non-compete/non-solicitation
agreements and litigation, trade secrets litigation, judgment collections,
and unlawful debt collection defense.
