Virginia Clapp was born in Macclenny, Florida, in 1979. She attended the University of Florida, where she received her B.A. in 2001 and her J.D. in 2004. She is admitted to the Florida Bar. Ms. Clapp is a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Florida Bar.
