Kevin Daly was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, in 1945. He received his B.A. from Westchester State College in 1967. In 1973, he received his J.D. from Cleveland State University, where he was a member of the Cleveland State University College of Law Review. He then earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1978. Mr. Daly is a member of the Florida Bar, and he became a Certified Public Accountant in Florida in 1984.
