Brian Kramer has been a resident of
Gainesville, Florida since 1969. He received his B.A. from the University
of Florida in 1990 and his J.D. from Stetson University College
of Law in 1993. He is admitted to practice law in all of the State
Courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Florida.
Mr. Kramer is a member of The Florida Bar, the Family
Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Eighth Judicial Circuit
Bar Association (Board of Directors 2008-2009). Mr. Kramer has served
as Chair of the Eighth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and
as a member of the Eighth Circuit Bar Grievance Committee. Mr. Kramer
has formerly worked as an assistant public defender and an assistant
state attorney.
Mr. Kramer's practice areas include family law,
criminal defense, administrative law, commercial litigation, and
general civil litigation.
