Frank Saier was born in Nyack, New York in 1945. He attended Furman University and the University of Florida, where he received his B.A. with honors in 1968 and his J.D. in 1971. He was a member of Sigma Chi, Phi Delta Phi and Omicron Delta Kappa. Mr. Saier is a member of the Florida Bar and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association.
