Jeffrey Dollinger was born in Philadelphia in 1960. He attended the University of Florida, receiving his undergraduate degree in 1981 and his J.D. in 1986. He also became a Certified Public Accountant in Florida in 1982. Mr. Dollinger is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh CIrcuit, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Florida Bar's Grievance Committee, the Federal Bar Association, the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Real Property and Land Finance at the University of Florida College of Law, and from 1992 to 1995, he served as an Assistant Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Dollinger's practice areas include real property and title litigation, bankruptcy creditor representation and trial practice. |
