Stephanie Emrick

Stephanie Emrick is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Real Estate and her practice is exclusively limited to real estate law, including real property and title litigation and representation of clients in complex real property matters.

Stephanie is a double-gator and received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating first in her class.

During her time in law school, Stephanie served as a Managing Editor for the Florida Law Review and was awarded eight book awards. She authored a real property law paper on the topic of enhanced life estate deeds (also known as Lady Bird Deeds) that was published in the Florida Law Review and co-authored a related paper that was selected for publication in the Maryland Law Review.

Stephanie is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar (RPPTL), the Florida Land Title Association, the North Florida Association of Real Estate Attorneys, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association. She also serves on the RPPTL Committees for Title Issues and Standards and the Real Estate Certification Review Course.
