Stephanie Emrick was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania in 1982 and now lives in Williston, Florida with her husband and children. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business, cum laude, from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 2010. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating first in her class, in 2017.
During her time in law school, Stephanie served as a Managing Editor for the Florida Law Review and was awarded eight book awards for attaining the highest grade in her class. Stephanie authored a real property law paper that was published in the Florida Law Review and co-authored a related paper that was selected for publication in the Maryland Law Review.
Stephanie is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Young Lawyers Division of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association.
Stephanie’s practice areas include real property and title litigation, representing clients in real property transactions, probate and probate litigation, bankruptcy creditor representation, and general civil litigation.
